This article explains the online procedure to Apply and Register for the HSSC One Registration Process.
Apply for HSSC One Time Registration @ onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in
Let us see the online procedure to apply and online registration on the Haryana One Time Registration Portal. This process is for the eligible and interested candidates who wish to register for Group C and Group D posts in the state.
- Visit the Official Portal of One Time Registration Haryana.
- It takes the online applicant to the Home Page Below.

- Enter Mobile Number of the Candidate in the respective field displayed on the Home Page.
- Click on the Login Button.
- Enter the OTP generated to your mobile number in the given field, as shown below.

- Click on the Submit Button.
- Read all the instructions carefully and click on the click on the declaration check box.

- Click on the Submit Button.
- In Step 1, in Residential Details Section, Select the Resident from the dropdown and PPP Registration ID.

- In the Basic Details, Enter/Select the First Name, Last Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Nationality.

- Click on the Declaration Check Box and click on the Save Draft Button.
- Now Click on the Next Button.
- In the Other Details Section, Select/Enter the Marital Status, Caste Category, Sub- Category, Visible Identity Marks on the body, Economically Weaker Section, Ex-Service Man.

- In the Benchmark Disability Section, Enter/Select the Candidate Disability, Category, Sub-Category, Disability Percentage, Certificate Number, Issuing Authority, Date of Issue.
- Also, upload the disability certificate.
- In the Eligible Sports Person (ESP) Section, Enter/Select the Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Certificate Number and Date of Issue.
- Also, Upload the Gradation Certificate as shown in the form.
- In the FIR Details Section, Enter if any FIR is lodged against you.
- Enter/Select FIR Lodge Year, FIR Number, FIR Lodge State, FIR Lodge District, and Police Station.
- Also, upload the copy of FIR.

- In the Disqualification Details Section: Answer the Question, Have you ever been disqualified in any government services and details.
- In the Age Relaxation Section, Enter the Age and Interested Job Category.
- Click on the Declaration Check Box.
- Click on the Save Draft.
- Now, Click on the Next Button.
- In the Communication Details Section, Enter the Address as per PPP, Pin Code, District, Town / Village, State, Ward / Block, Email ID.

- Also, click on the check box if your correspondence address is the same as a permanent address.
- In the Education Details Section, Click on the Add Education Details.
- It then opens up the following form below.

- Select / Enter the Education, Result Status, Date on Marksheet, Marksheet Number, Roll Number, Marks Obtained, Total Marks, and Total Percentage.
- Click on the Save Details button.
- Click on the Declaration Check Box.

- Click on the Save Draft and then click on the Next Button.
- Upload the Photo and Signature on the next page.
- Click on the Declaration Check Box.
- Click on the Save Draft and then click on the Next Button.
- In the Socio-Economic Criteria Section, Select / Enter the State of Employment, Employment Status, Employment Code, Date of Joining, Retirement Date, Pensioner/CPF ID, Organisation Type, Organisation Name, Organisation Type, Designation.

- Answer the Question: Is the applicant a widow.
- If yes, Enter the Certificate Number, Issuing Authority, Issuing Date, and Upload Widow Certificate.
- Answer the Question: Is the father of the candidate is deceased.

- If yes, Enter the Death Certificate Number, Issuing Authority, Issuing date.
- Also, upload the death certificate.
- Answer the Question: Is age relaxation required for work experience.
- Click on the Check Box: Are you employed with Government of Haryana.

- Click on the Declaration Check Box.
- Click on the Save Draft.
- In the final step, upload the print and signed copy of the application form.

- Click on the Declaration Check Box.
- After completing the application process, the applicants can make the payment by clicking the make payment button.
